Kentucky High School Baseball - Castle defeats Apollo

Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY), 11-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Castle upgrades its record to 18-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Henderson County (Henderson, KY) to battle the Colonels in a non-league test on Thursday, May 12. The Colonels come into the test with a record of 17-9.

With the defeat, Apollo falls to 17-10 on the season.
