The Baldwin Highlanders baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Pine-Richland Rams to 4 in the Highlanders non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Highlanders (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Bethel Park (Bethel Park, PA). The Black Hawks go into the non-league match with a 14-2 record. In their last match, Bethel Park edged Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA), 11-5, in a non-league outing.
Next, the Rams confront the Hampton Talbots (Allison Park, PA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, May 12. Pine-Richland will attempt to advance on its 10-9 season record. The Talbots go into the outing with a 10-8 record after their 6-2 league loss to Mars (Mars, PA).
