The Columbus North Bull Dogs got by the visiting Bloomington South Panthers baseball team by a count of 3-2 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Bull Dogs now possess a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bloomington North for a Conference Indiana bout on Thursday, May 12. Columbus North will face a Cougars team coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 8-6.
Next, the Panthers face the Martinsville Artesians (Martinsville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 12. Bloomington South will attempt to move on its 9-9 season record. The Artesians enter the bout with a 11-11 record after their 1-0 league win over Decatur Central (Indianapolis, IN).
