The Lewis Mills Spartans baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Bristol Central Rams to 1 in the Spartans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Spartans (11-5) will now prepare for their match against Platt (Meriden, CT). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 12-3 record. In their last match, Platt ran past Berlin (Berlin, CT), 3-1, in a league match.
The Rams (6-8) will now prepare for their match against Berlin (Berlin, CT). The Redcoats go into the Central Connecticut - South match with a 6-9 record. In their last match, Berlin was overwhelmed by Platt (Meriden, CT), 3-1, in a league match.
