New York High School Baseball - Voorheesville loses to Mohonasen

The Voorheesville Blackbirds baseball team (Voorheesville, NY), 7-4 in Wednesday's league outing with the host Mohonasen Warriors (Schenectady, NY)

The Warriors now hold a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schalmont for a Section 2 Colonial outing on Thursday, May 12. Mohonasen will confront a Sabres team coming off a 16-8 league loss to Ichabod Crane (Valatie, NY). The Sabres record now stands at 8-8.

Next, the Blackbirds confront the Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs (Cobleskill, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial outing, on Friday, May 13. Voorheesville will attempt to advance on its 5-11 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 6-10 record after their 9-3 league win over Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (Ravena, NY).
