Evergreen Cougars (Evergreen, CO) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Pueblo County Hornets (Pueblo, CO), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars face the Green Mountain Rams (Lakewood, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 14. Evergreen will attempt to better on its 14-1 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Erie (Erie, CO).
The Hornets now have a 10-5 record.
