Colorado High School Soccer - Montrose nudges Riverdale Ridge

Montrose Red Hawks (Montrose, CO) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Hawks confront the Durango Demons (Durango, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 14. Montrose will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Demons enter the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Canon City (Canon City, CO).

The Ravens now have a 10-5 record.
