In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Homestead Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-3 victory over the Leo Lions.

The Spartans now have a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Lions face the South Bend Adams Eagles (South Bend, IN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 14. Leo will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record.
