The Bethel Wildcats softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Bunnell Bulldogs to 2 in the Wildcats league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Bethel improves its record to 7-8 on the year. The Wildcats travel to New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT) to clash with the Rebels in a Southwest - Patriot game on Friday, May 13. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 6-10. New Fairfield won 6-5 in their recent league game against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT)

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) in a Southwest - Patriot game, on Monday, May 16. Bunnell will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Trojans come into the game with a 5-12 record after their 6-5 league win over Joel Barlow (Redding, CT).
