New York High School Softball - Shenendehowa bounces Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake

The Shenendehowa Plainsmen routed the host Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans softball squad by a final score of 9-3 in Wednesday's league battle.

The Plainsmen (14-2) will now prepare for their battle against Xaverian (Brooklyn, NY). The Clippers go into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Xaverian nudged Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY), 16-0, in a league battle.

The Spartans now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Shaker for a non-league battle on Friday, May 13. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake will battle a Bison team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Queensbury (Queensbury, NY). The Bison record now stands at 7-11.
