In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Hamilton Southeastern Royals (Fishers, IN) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Richmond Red Devils (Richmond, IN), by a margin of 10-4.
With the triumph, Hamilton Southeastern moves its record to 10-10 on the year. The Royals host Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN) to play the Chargers in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 14. The Chargers come into the contest with a record of 14-6. Carroll won 11-5 in their recent non-league contest against Woodlan (Woodburn, IN)
In their next game, the Red Devils play the New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage contest, on Wednesday, May 18. Richmond will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record.
