The Sacred Heart Academy Irish baseball team (Mt. Pleasant, MI), was overwhelmed 16-7 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Beal City Aggies (Mt. Pleasant, MI)
The Aggies now hold a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pewamo-Westphalia for a non-league outing on Saturday, May 13. Beal City will confront a Pirates team coming off a 4-1 league win over Saranac (Saranac, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 4-2.
Next, the Irish confront the Coleman Comets (Coleman, MI) in a Mid-State outing, on Monday, May 15. Sacred Heart Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Comets go into the outing with a 3-6 record after their 10-9 league loss to St. Charles (St. Charles, MI).
