The Fairlawn Jets (Sidney, OH) baseball trounced the visiting New Knoxville Rangers (New Knoxville, OH), 7-1 in Thursday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Jets encounter the Botkins Trojans (Botkins, OH) in a Shelby County contest, on Friday, May 12. Fairlawn will attempt to better on its 2-16 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 12-10 record after their 11-1 league loss to Anna (Anna, OH).
