The Fayetteville-Perry Rockets (Fayetteville, OH) baseball nipped the visiting Wilmington Hurricane (Wilmington, OH), 5-4 in Thursday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Rockets play the Peebles Indians (Peebles, OH) in a Southern Hills contest, on Saturday, May 13. Fayetteville-Perry will attempt to better on its 12-7 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 10-6 record after their 19-1 league win over West Union (West Union, OH).

The Hurricane now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Richmond for a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 16.
