The Oakdale Mustangs baseball team (Oakdale, CA), was overwhelmed 9-1 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA)

The Bruins now hold a 17-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pioneer for a non-league outing on Monday, May 15. Ponderosa will face a Patriots team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 21-3.
