The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) and the host Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan (Chicago, IL), saw Loyola Academy's volleyball squad beat Chicago Mt. Carmel by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Loyola Academy upgrades its record to 22-5 on the year. The Ramblers host St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL) to play the North Stars in a non-league bout on Friday, May 12. The North Stars go into the bout with a record of 10-16. St. Charles North lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL)

The Caravan now own a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to Montini Catholic for a Chicago Catholic - Red bout on Monday, May 15. Chicago Mt. Carmel will play a Broncos squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Broncos record now stands at 5-19.
