The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) and the visiting Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL), saw Conant's lacrosse team top Lake Zurich by a margin of 14-3.

The Cougars (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 2-15 record.

The Bears (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Saint Viator was overwhelmed by York (Elmhurst, IL), 15-4, in a non-league challenge.
