Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Belvidere Bucs (Belvidere, IL), 8-4 in a league challenge.

Next, the Huskies confront the Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, May 17. Harlem will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 2-1 league win over Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL).

The Bucs now have a 1-11 record.
