In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Newark Charter School Patriots lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-7 victory over the Concord Raiders.
The Patriots now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Caravel for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 18.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Delaware Met Charter Griffins (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 16. Concord will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
