The crowd at Thursday's non-league match between the Annenberg Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Diego Rivera Huskies (Los Angeles, CA), saw Annenberg's softball squad nip Diego Rivera by a count of 18-17.
The Panthers now sport a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Reseda for a non-league match on Monday, May 15. Annenberg will face a Regents squad coming off a 25-6 non-league win over Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise (Los Angeles, CA). The Regents record now stands at 5-12.
With the loss, Diego Rivera falls to 6-10 on the campaign.
