Utah High School Softball - Canyon View holds off Morgan

Canyon View Falcons (Cedar City, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Morgan Trojans (Morgan, UT), 6-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons now own a 22-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Sanpete for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 12. Canyon View will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Union (Roosevelt, UT). The Hawks record now stands at 19-7.
With the loss, Morgan falls to 11-11 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Emery (Castle Dale, UT) to battle the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 11. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 13-11. Emery won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Ben Lomond (Ogden, UT)
