The Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin Lions softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Hubbard Eagles to 2 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin moves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Lions travel to Canfield (Canfield, OH) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 16. The Cardinals come into the game with a record of 19-2.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Lakeview Bulldogs (Cortland, OH) in a Northeast Eight Athletic game, on Monday, May 15. Hubbard will attempt to move on its 10-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 16-3 record after their 14-8 non-league win over Southeast (Ravenna, OH).
