The Maywood Academy Nighthawks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Monroe Vikings to 1 in the Nighthawks non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Maywood Academy moves its record to 10-6 on the year. The Nighthawks travel to Animo Venice (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Pirates in a non-league game on Monday, May 15.
