Indiana High School Softball - West Central bounces Pioneer

May 11, 2023: Royal Center, IN 46978

West Central Trojans (Francesville, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Pioneer Panthers (Royal Center, IN), 13-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 16-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Judson-San Pierre for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 12. West Central will face a Bluejays squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Culver Community (Culver, IN). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Pioneer falls to 14-10 on the campaign. The Panthers host Culver Academies (Culver, IN) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 12. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 2-11. Culver Academies won 10-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Argos (Argos, IN)
