Shawnee Indians (Lima, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Wapakoneta Redskins (Wapakoneta, OH), 17-1 in a league challenge.

The Indians now sport a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ottawa-Glandorf for a Western Buckeye challenge on Friday, May 12.

With the loss, Wapakoneta falls to 13-7 on the campaign.
