Maine High School Baseball - Dirigo loses to Nokomis

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Nokomis Warriors baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Dirigo Cougars.
The Warriors (5-5) will now prepare for their game against Belfast (Belfast, ME). The Lions go into the Class B North game with a 6-7 record. In their last game, Belfast overcame Oceanside (Rockland, ME), 7-1, in a league game.
The Cougars (0-8) will now prepare for their game against Spruce Mountain (Jay, ME). The Phoenix go into the Class C South game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, Spruce Mountain was overwhelmed by Fryeburg (Fryeburg, ME), 11-1, in a non-league game.
