The LaVille Lancers baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Elkhart Christian Academy Eagles to 2 in the Lancers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lancers (13-6) will now prepare for their match against Triton (Bourbon, IN). The Trojans go into the Hoosier North match with a 8-10 record. In their last match, Triton edged Culver Community (Culver, IN), 11-3, in a league match.
The Eagles (2-9) will now prepare for their match against La Lumiere (La Porte, IN). The Lakers go into the non-league match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, La Lumiere edged South Bend Clay (South Bend, IN), 13-3, in a non-league match.
