The St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs the visiting Laconia Spartans baseball team by a tally of 6-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Zephyrs now hold a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they host Hilbert for a Big East-North bout on Monday, May 13. St. Mary Catholic will face a Wolves team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Valders (Valders, WI). The Wolves record now stands at 6-11.
Next, the Spartans face the St. Mary's Springs Ledgers (Fond du Lac, WI) in a Flyway bout, on Tuesday, May 14. Laconia will attempt to advance on its 16-3 season record. The Ledgers enter the bout with a 7-12 record after their 6-4 league loss to Winnebago Lutheran Academy (Fond du Lac, WI).
