The New Glarus Glarner Knights baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Lake Mills L-Cats to 4 in the Glarner Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Glarner Knights (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Waterloo (Waterloo, WI). The Pirates go into the Capitol - South match with a 15-4 record. In their last match, Waterloo was overwhelmed by St. Joseph (Kenosha, WI), 10-1, in a non-league match.
The L-Cats (9-10) will now prepare for their match against Lakeside Lutheran (Lake Mills, WI). The Warriors go into the Capitol - North match with a 16-3 record. In their last match, Lakeside Lutheran gained a win over Lodi (Lodi, WI), 6-1, in a league match.
