The Belvidere North Blue Thunder volleyball team (Belvidere, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Huntley Red Raiders (Huntley, IL)

The Red Raiders (4-26) will now prepare for their challenge against Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Corsairs enter the non-league challenge with a 19-9 record. In their last challenge, Carmel nipped Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Blue Thunder encounter the Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 11. Belvidere North will attempt to advance on its 2-16 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 15-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over St. Edward (Elgin, IL).
