The Lyons Lions topped the visiting Stagg Chargers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 27-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbard West for a West Suburban test on Tuesday, May 14. Lyons will confront a Hilltoppers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Marist (Chicago, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 30-3.
The Chargers (13-15) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL). The Warriors enter the Southwest Suburban test with a 27-7 record. In their last test, Lincoln-Way West was knocked off by Lockport (Lockport, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
