In Saturday's non-league contest, the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) lacrosse squad the visiting Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH), by a count of 10-6.
Coming up next, the Fighting Irish confront the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) in a Region 6 contest, on Tuesday, May 14. St. Vincent-St. Mary will attempt to advance on its 6-10 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the contest with a 6-9 record after their 12-5 non-league loss to Strongsville (Strongsville, OH).
