The Pomperaug Panthers lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the visiting Wolcott Eagles to 5 in the Panthers non-league win on Saturday.
The Panthers (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Immaculate (Danbury, CT). The Mustangs go into the South West game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Immaculate prevailed over Norwalk (Norwalk, CT), 6-3, in a non-league game.
The Eagles (1-11) will now prepare for their game against Watertown (Watertown, CT). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 7-4 record.
