Troy Colts (Troy, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Saline Hornets (Saline, MI), 7-6 in a non-league test.
The Colts now have a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Clair for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 14. Troy will face a Saints squad coming off a 15-6 non-league win over Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Saints record now stands at 7-7.
In their next game, the Hornets face the East Kentwood Falcons (Kentwood, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 11. Saline will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 0-13 record after their 9-2 non-league loss to Christian (Grand Rapids, MI).
