Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Cuba City Cubans (Cuba City, WI) and the host Brodhead Cardinals (Brodhead, WI), witnessed Cuba City's softball squad tip Brodhead by a count of 3-1.
The Cubans now sport a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to Belmont for a non-league match on Saturday, May 11. Cuba City will face a Braves squad coming off a 7-2 league win over River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI). The Braves record now stands at 9-3.
