The Cannelton Bulldogs (Cannelton, IN) softball routed the host Crothersville Tigers (Crothersville, IN), 11-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Evansville Bosse (Evansville, IN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league match with a 0-14 record. In their last match, Evansville Bosse was routed by Princeton (Princeton, IN), 1-0, in a non-league match.

With the loss, Crothersville falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Tigers host New Washington (New Washington, IN) to face the Mustangs in a Southern match on Monday, May 13. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 6-12. New Washington lost 14-0 in their recent non-league match against Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN)
