Michigan High School Softball - Clio bounces Tawas Area

The Clio Mustangs routed the visiting Tawas Area Braves softball squad by a final score of 7-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Mustangs (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Brandon (Ortonville, MI). The Blackhawks go into the Flint Metro battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Brandon was routed by Bad Axe (Bad Axe, MI), 5-4, in a non-league battle.
The Braves now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Valley Lutheran for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 11. Tawas Area will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 17-1 league loss to Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI). The Chargers record now stands at 0-11.
