New York High School Softball - Liverpool holds off Webster Thomas

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Liverpool Warriors (Liverpool, NY) and the host Webster Thomas Titans (Webster, NY), witnessed Liverpool's softball squad tip Webster Thomas by a count of 6-4.
The Warriors now sport a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Baldwinsville for a Section 3 Metro match on Tuesday, May 14. Liverpool will meet a Bees squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Chittenango (Chittenango, NY). The Bees record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Webster Thomas moves to 9-4 on the season. The Titans host Jamesville-DeWitt (DeWitt, NY) to meet the Red Rams in a non-league match on Saturday, May 11. The Red Rams go into the match with a record of 10-2.
