The Southwest Christian Stars the visiting Marshall Tigers softball squad by a final score of 6-4 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Stars (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Jordan (Jordan, MN). The Hubmen / Jaguars go into the non-league battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Jordan by New Ulm (New Ulm, MN), 14-4, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 12-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mound-Westonka for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 11. Marshall will meet a White Hawks squad coming off a 12-7 league loss to Jordan (Jordan, MN). The White Hawks record now stands at 3-8.
