McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Northwestern Tigers (Maple, WI), 11-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Macks now own a 17-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Neillsville/Granton for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 13. McDonell Central will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 23-17 league loss to Colby (Colby, WI). The Warriors record now stands at 5-10.

With the loss, Northwestern falls to 15-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Grantsburg (Grantsburg, WI) to battle the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 11. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 9-0.
