Wall Township Crimson Knights (Wall, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Point Pleasant Boro Panthers (Point Pleasant, NJ), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Crimson Knights now own a 14-6 record.

With the loss, Point Pleasant Boro falls to 16-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ) to face the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 15. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 11-9.
