The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Windsor Yellowjackets (Windsor, VT) and the host Springfield Cosmos (Springfield, VT), saw Windsor's softball squad nip Springfield by a count of 14-7.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poultney for a SVL C match on Monday, May 13.

With the loss, Springfield falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Cosmos host Bellows Falls (Bellows Falls, VT) to face the Terriers in a SVL B match on Monday, May 13.
