The Edwin O. Smith Panthers baseball team scored 19 runs and limited the visiting South Windsor Bobcats to 15 in the Panthers league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers (8-8) will now prepare for their match against Rocky Hill (Rocky Hill, CT). The Terriers go into the non-league match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, Rocky Hill tipped Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT), 15-5, in a non-league match.
The Bobcats (2-13) will now prepare for their match against Maloney (Meriden, CT). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 10-6 record. In their last match, Maloney tipped Middletown (Middletown, CT), 9-1, in a league match.
