With the win, Van Buren upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Pointers travel to Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR) to battle the Hurricane in a non-league test on Friday, May 13. The Hurricane come into the test with a record of 22-6. Jonesboro won 8-1 in their recent non-league test against Lake Hamilton (Pearcy, AR)
