The Tri-West Hendricks Bruins baseball team (Lizton, IN), was overwhelmed 11-5 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting McCutcheon Mavericks (Lafayette, IN)

The Mavericks now hold a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lafayette Jefferson for a North Central game on Friday, May 13. McCutcheon will clash with a Bronchos team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Western (Russiaville, IN). The Bronchos record now stands at 9-15.

The Bruins (10-9) will now prepare for their game against Pike (Indianapolis, IN). The Red Devils go into the non-league game with a 1-15 record. In their last game, Pike was overwhelmed by Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN), 12-5, in a league game.
