Illinois High School Baseball - North Greene loses to Pittsfield

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Pittsfield Saukees baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the North Greene Spartans.
The Saukees (21-7) will now prepare for their game against Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia (Concord, IL). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 13-8 record. In their last game, Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia ran past New Berlin (New Berlin, IL), 5-3, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (5-14) will now prepare for their game against PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central (Petersburg, IL). The Bluejays go into the non-league game with a 13-16 record. In their last game, PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central ran past Nokomis (Nokomis, IL), 4-3, in a non-league game.
