The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) and the host Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL), saw Grayslake North's lacrosse team nudge Lakes by a margin of 17-16.

The Knights (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Glenbrook North was tipped by Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 12-5, in a league challenge.
