In Thursday's non-league contest, the East Ridge Knights (Clermont, FL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Winter Haven Blue Devils (Winter Haven, FL), by a margin of 13-6.

With the triumph, East Ridge moves its record to 19-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Melbourne (Melbourne, FL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 17. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 22-2. Melbourne won 6-0 in their recent non-league contest against Harmony (Harmony, FL)
