California High School Softball - Linfield Christian nudges Rosemead

Linfield Christian Lions (Temecula, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Rosemead Panthers (Rosemead, CA), 10-9 in a non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Duarte for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 14. Linfield Christian will battle a Falcons squad coming off a 22-0 non-league win over Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 24-3.

With the loss, Rosemead falls to 17-7 on the campaign.

This game is a part of the 2022 CIF Southern Section Softball Championships (California) - Division 7 tournament
