New Mexico High School Baseball - Sandia Prep gets by Cobre

May 12, 2023: Bayard, NM 88023

Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Cobre Indians (Bayard, NM), 5-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sandia Prep upgrades its record to 19-6 on the season. The Sundevils travel to Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Saturday, May 13. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 15-11. Ruidoso won 12-2 in their recent non-league test against East Mountain (Sandia Park, NM)

With the defeat, Cobre falls to 19-6 on the season.
